Slim Chickens will open its third Memphis-area restaurant on July 26.

The new Slim Chickens is in Bartlett at 8477 U.S. 64 in the free-standing building that was formerly a Steak ‘nShake.

Slim Chickens is known for its fresh chicken tenders and wings cooked to order and served with house-made dipping sauces.

Brothers Cody and Scott Davis are the team that has brought this Southern-inspired chicken franchise to the Memphis area. In 2019, they opened a restaurant in Southaven.  A second restaurant opened in Collierville in March. The Bartlett restaurant will be their third Memphis-area restaurant. The brothers are signed on to 17 total locations that they plan to open across Memphis, Knoxville and Chattanooga.

“Our development in this area is far from over,” Cody Davis said.

At close to 4,000 square feet, the new restaurant will be the chain’s largest restaurant in the region.

Slim Chickens will open its Bartlett location on July 26.
